What is a Discord community?Discord is a free chat program. Discord communities are places where people can come together to discuss common interests—think of them as modern chatrooms.

What is the cancellation policy?You may cancel at any time. But we're confident you won't want to leave. UCF football is going to the moon!

What kind of events will I have access to?Mission Control membership gives you access to exclusive (and private) fan experiences and events. Those experiences include being able to purchase one-of-a-kind memorabilia, sign up for player camps, and register to attend meet and greets with your favorite UCF athletes.

What are some of the VIP perks?The VIP (Apollo) membership provides the opportunity to be on a first-name basis with your favorite UCF athletes. As an Apollo member, you gain access to one-of-a-kind fan experiences, rare memorabilia collector items, and intimate, small gatherings with UCF athletes.

Are guests and children included in my package?As a member of Mission Control you will be allowed one guest at most non-ticketed events limited to capacity at venues. Minors of Mission Control members are always welcome to attend non-ticketed events as long as the venue is age appropriate and accompanied by the Mission Control member. For private ticketed VIP events tickets will be available for purchase for guests and children pending age and occupancy restrictions at event venues.
